it's been awhile....

Have not posted in ages....here are a few things going on

Was pulled over for not wearinga seat belt the other day!  This infuriates that hell outta me!  Yeah Yeah, it is a so called, "LAW", but they can take this law and shove it up their controlling, revenue feeding ass.   To be pulled over JUST for not having a seat belt on is complete fucking crap in my book!  It's my damn choice!  I have vented enough on this topic this week, I now lay it to rest......well maybe!

-NEXT-

-Missed registration for classes this semseter, fucked myself once again.  This school thing is taking forever!
-Went to See Chimaira and Hatebreed last night, fuckin AWESOME show...they are coming back to Austin in Novemer, I will def. be there
-Still been hitting the gym and  a great friend, jeffdintexas, is notwjoining me as well.  I try to put him through some pain and so far, he is accepting  :)

and finally
a big FU to Sprint!  I am done with Sprint.  They can kiss my big ass as well.  I will now be joining a world seen through the iphone.  I should have done this a few months ago when my Sprint contract was originally up, but I have always learned the hard way.  I will not go through the horrid details with Sprint.   Im sure many have experienced their ignorance.  So once again, F**K Sprint!

Breakfast is waiting
Later

hoping for the hot cable guy...

  • Mar. 9th, 2009 at 12:46 PM

I am at home this afternoon waiting for Directv to come by and upgrade my service to HD.  Countless times I hope to at least see, if not live out, the endless fantasy of the hot, chubby guy that is scheduled to perform the work.  Plumbers butt, scruffy beard, etc...You know what I mean.  However time after time I get the nasty guy!  JUST ONCE can I get at least a hot fatboy to look at and maybe flirt with a bit??  :)    I see them all the time driving on the highways..but they never seem to make it to my house..LOL

I know living the full fantasy is probably not going to happen, but at least give me something GOOD to look at.  :)

tattoo finished.

  • Dec. 19th, 2008 at 5:54 PM

My early Christmas gift.  Call me selfish. LOL.    Tattoo is complete.

Since this was completed this in sections I am to go back in a month, once the tattoo fully heals, to do some final touchups.   We did not continue down to the elbow as originally planned.  He drew and drew but nothing seemed to flow well or look right.  Therefore we just cleaned up some loose ends on my previous armband, and used some red shades to offset all the black.  I am very very happy  with the outcome.   I have two more pics (back of arm and under arm) but it would only allow me to post two pics..., am I doing something wrong?

Tis the Season...

  • Dec. 12th, 2008 at 3:58 PM

We'll it is that time of the year...Our yearly Christmas party at work.  Surprisingly we are still having one with the economic woes, and every other division under our Company had to cancel their party. Somehow...we are going about our business.  Nice.  But I wonder...is this our farewell dance?  One last hoorah?  If so, I'll attempt to go out on a GOOD note  :)  Just kidding.  I hate these things, but I do like to watch people; so it is always fun to watch who is in the running for "God I made an ass out of myself at the X-Mas Party!"  Then we inter-office jokes until next year when hopefully, their is a new candidate.  Let the fun begin  :)

Sunday

  • Dec. 7th, 2008 at 11:25 AM

Well now that my class is over with I have Sundays completely free.  Man what a weight of my shoulder this is.  Granted I did not have a lot of work to do for this class but the pain of knowing I had to do it and the procrastination lead to enough stress.  I still have to pass a departmental test but the pain of writings papers wtih a due dates is over.  I'm happy.  So with that said I am rockin out and cleaning to a long list of 80's metal  :)

I'll teach you to laugh and to cry
They're really the same, you'll see
All of the why's in your life
Are under my control
Feed me more lines
I will try to tell you all I can
Before the light you must know what lies behind my screams

Queensryche - Screaming in Digital
Geoff Tate -  probably one of the better metal vocals back in the day along side of Rob Halford of Priest.

Part 2: Tattoo

  • Dec. 2nd, 2008 at 9:34 PM

Alright..latest update on the tattoo.  Spent two hours in the chair today, hopefully will have this completed next Wednesday but there is a lot left to do and will have some time constrainsts on Wednesday.  So it looks like 2 more sittings.

The plan for Wednesday will be to draw and outline the portion that leads from the arm band to my elbow,  recolor the arm band and hopefully color in the lower section.  I was originally going to go with blue for the third color but I said fuck it, and went with green.  The eyes have a shade of green and other areas of the tattoo will as well.

I am somewhat dreading the backside of my arm.  When I had the armband done 10-14 yrs ago, I bruised like a mother fucker.  Thankfully there is not much work to be done on the backside...

Really love the tattoo artist I am using, this guy will definitely get my business in the future.  Actually the whole shop is full of amazing, cool guys who do some great work.

I thought my armband held up well in color, but as yoou can see from the pics, there is a significant difference from 10-14 yrs ago.

start of the new tattoo....

  • Nov. 26th, 2008 at 12:39 PM

Well this is the start.  It has been revised some since my last visit.  It will continue down to the elbow and wrap around the arm, a half sleeve.  There will be some red and blue added as well.  Due to the holidays and some traveling I can't go back in until Dec 2nd.  Can't wait to get this finished..I love it

I'm off to Dallas to visit some friends and Thanksgiving.  Happy Thanksgiving to all

I can't take anymore
I have no more wings
I can't take anymore
The gates of heaven sealed
Don't you hear me
Don't you hear me
Don't you fear me
Of never coming back
Do you know what it's like
When heavens hung in black

I had to stop in best buy on Saturday to get a new water filter for my refridgerator.  What is it with this place that consumes me to buy more?  FUCK. I bitch about it, but I love it too.  I guess it is a love/hate relationship with Bestbuy.  So one water filter, 8 cds and $150 charge, I'm out the door! Oh and finally after all these years and $$ spent, I agreed to be a Rewards Zone member!  Yay, solicit me more!   I was given three cards so I think I'll give a friend a card as well to aid in my point collection  :)

Sad thing is, most of these cds I had on cassette back in the day and probably could have found at Cheapos (used cd store).  Oh well.

Pink Floyd - the final cut, animals
Led Zepplin - Phyical Graffiti, Houses of the Holy

Kill Hannah - Until theres Nothing Left of Us, Forever and Ever
Shinedown - The Sound of Madness
Shiny Toy guns - Season of Poison

I am in need of a BIG, nice, wooden cd rack.  Mine is full.  Anyone aware some good places online to buy one?  I have looked around but nothing has said "BUY ME."   I know digital music would cure my storage issue but I just love having the actual cd, not sure why, I just do.

FOOTBALL IS STARTING...so off to sit in front of the tv and watch my Packers tear the Vikings a new asshole.  I don't care much for the Vikings as you can tell  :)

Did I hear this right?

  • Nov. 9th, 2008 at 11:28 AM

I was chatting with my neighbors the other day and we were discussing the financial/mortage crisis and a few other issues.  They stated that a law is about to pass or being talked about, that will make getting mortages easier for those with lower incomes?  Hello?  I am no rocket scientist, but is this not similar to what caused the current mess?   Income really is a mute point here...I mean, if you can't afford a mortage, you CAN'T afford it...why should it be made easier???

I'm really confused and very concerned if this is possibly true.
Thank god for jagermeister...FUCK

I come home for work and the gym to find out my DVR's hard drive is full.  Therefore, I missed The Office and 30 Rock!  WTF?  Two shows I was dying to see tonight and now I am fucked.  My lone amusement for today is now gone.  I love the value of DVR's but right now it can go fuck itself and quite hard I might say.  I mean, in no way, shape, or form can this be my fault  :)

HOpefully I can catch a rerun on some other channel...
Fuckin DVR.
I'm pissed

Phase 1 - Start of the new tattoo

  • Oct. 24th, 2008 at 8:19 PM

Well I as mentioned on Tuesday I went to get started on a new tattoo.  I am working on my arm where I currently have an armband.  I love my armband but just ready for something more..and bigger  :)   I found an artist here in town that his specialty is in a design called Pacific Fusion.  This is somewhat tribal based (blends in with my armband) and I found some things I thought would blend in well.  Typically these designs have a bear, fish, bird, etc included in the design.  I am following that rule, but I want something more dark, evil....so he created a demonish type figure.  I think the face kind of shadows a bearish look, which I may ask him to tweak a bit.  However, so far..I really like it.  It will end up covering my upper left arm.  Here is sneak peak.  comments?

Insomnia?.....this week sucked

  • Oct. 24th, 2008 at 7:59 PM

Well this week flat out sucked.  I returned from Bear Bust on Monday afternoon.  Pretty wiped out, slept decent Monday night.  WTF happened from that point?  The remainder of this week I was lucky to get 4 hours of sleep each night.  WTF is up with that?  Tuesday I had the day off, did things around the house, worked out, was totally exhaused by 10:30 so I went to bed and tossed and turned til 5am.   Same for Wed and Thursday.  Hell Thursday I was so tired I skipped my workout, and STILL could not fall asleep.  I have had no problem falling asleep at work, on the couch, driving...you name it, I could doze of anywhere but once I crawl into bed I can't sleep.  ODD and it really sucks ass.

Since I skipped Thursday workout I went tonight.  I think I am a little irritable from no sleep.....I can usually filter this dance bar music they play out.  Sometimes I wonder if they get their playlists from the local gay twink bar?   FUCK ME.  Turn that  fuckin crap off!  God I just wanted to bellar out....I know I can cure it all with my own Ipod or what not, but as right now I do not have one.  Golds Gym would really love MY PLAYLiST <EG>   As I left, I cranked up some Five Finger Death Punch...I felt MUCH better.

Tonight Cas Haley is playing down at a local venue..I think I might go check him out with some guys from our local bear group.  Shoudl be fun.  I'm sure I'll probably fall asleep standing in the crowd......I feel sorry for that person I fall into  :)  And I a bit irritable as mentioned above so maybe just best to say home.....

"I won't bow to something that I've never seen
Can't believe in something that doesn't believe in me
I'm not blood of your blood, I am no son of your god
I've no faith in your fate
Still I find Salvation"

"Salvation"  Five Finger Death Punch

These boys are coming to San Antonio soon...I can't fuckin wait!

Bear Bust 2008

  • Oct. 21st, 2008 at 11:31 AM

Well I made it home from Bear Bust in Orlando Monday evening and scheduled today off to recoup, recover, whatever you want to call it.  Man do I need it!  I had a great time over the weekend.  Drank a shit load of beer, jagermiester, and met some really great guys.    Anyone know where I can get a blood transfusion? LOL.  Per norm, I packed my camera but never took a single pic so I do not have any to share.   :(   I need to get out of that routine...

I am at a loss for words today as well so sorry for the simple review of Bear Bust.  The older I get, the longer it takes to recover from these things.  :)

Side note:  I am finally going in for the drawing of a new tattoo later today.   I have the basic idea of what I want and he is going to take it from there and hopefully the end result is a bad ass half sleeve on my left arm .

what a week...now off to Orlando

  • Oct. 15th, 2008 at 5:17 PM

Well this week has gone by somewhat fast.  Though Monday was a bit tough.  Sunday was beer bust and not only were $1.00  16oz taps of bud light going down well  so was the Jager.  Typical anymore.  Once that bottle of Jager opens...it's over.   10-12 beers and 6-7 shots later....I was felling PURDY GOOD  :)   Tough to get up and head to work Monday morning but I made it through the dya.  No hangover, just that feeling when you wake up and you say "man, wtf was I thinking?"    Tomorrow I fly out to Orlando for bear bust.  Meeting up with some friends, should be a good time.  I  love Austin, but I need a scenery change.     Our room with have plenty of beer and Jager..so  :)~  I'm happy.

New cds of the week...

  • Oct. 11th, 2008 at 10:10 AM

Recently a few bands that I like released some new cds this week.  Even though my debit card says things are tough this week, I bought them anyway  :)   Maybe the Gov't will bail me out too??  Anyways.......

Recently bought:
Rise Against - Appeal to Reason:  nothing really different from Rise Against but the cd rocks.
Oasis - Dig out your soul: I only heard one song on the radio, but bought it anyways.  Wow...impressive.  I like this one a lot

Shiny Toy Guns  - We are pilots:  I heard their new song Ricochet the other day and really like it. However this cd is an older one.  Decent cd.

and finally......................

SLAYER - Decade of Aggression:  NEED I SAY MORE?   For some reason I never bought this when it came out in the 90's, not sure why.  All my favorite early Slayer tunes...LIVE....Can't beat it.   Well you can if you actually see this guys live, which is an amazing show.

Cds of interest
The Pretenders - new cd?  I like their early stuff...I had no idea they were still together.
And,...now I can't remember the others I ran across.....fuck, oh well.

Class sucks ass and I am heading to bed.

  • Oct. 5th, 2008 at 11:31 PM

I hate my Eglish 2 class. I really really do!  Everytime I attempt to write a paper I have no focus what-so-ever and here it is hours from starting and I do not have shit done.   This process of analyzing short stories in the most concentrated way can kiss my big fat white ass.  Then to top it off I beat myself up wondering why I never finished college the first time around 15 fuckin years ago!   Hell I'd be satisified on the second time around.  I am currently on round three.   I needed to vent before bed.   I should sleep better now  :)

my first ebay purchase..Yay!

  • Oct. 5th, 2008 at 3:04 PM

I came home Sat evening to find my first ever ebay purchase on my door step.  Hell my parents have purchased items one ebay before I have.  I find that kind of funny.  Anyhow..I am excited.  I am a big fan of 80's big hair metal and found someone on ebay had a unopened, vinyl edition of Ratts very first record.  Back in my teens I had this recording but on cassette and it lost somewhere since.   I had to have this as I have been searching for a copy of this on cd for ages.   I highly doubt this was ever released on cd and if it was, it is hard to find (rightfully so to some, LOL).  Anyhow...my current turntable is shot but Waterloo records has a few USB turntables that will burn the music to mp3 or cd. Seems pretty easy to do but I can be quite an idiot when it comes to figuring this stuff out.   I talked to a friend earlier today, he uses one, says its pretty darn simple.  the two brands they sell were Numark and ION.  Anyone have any experience with this?  Each turntable comes with software to remove cracks, pops, etc.  I am really interested in buying one as I have several records I'd like to convert to mp3.

I'm intrigued...

  • Oct. 5th, 2008 at 11:40 AM

I recently subscribed to muscle&finess to help out with weight training  By no means am I a health nut but it is good reading and gives me some good pointers on food to eat, exercises, etc.  This magazine is loaded with ads up the ying yang about increasing penis size, etc.  With that being said  I noticed a very intriguing add the other day about a "prostate massager" called the prostate cradle.  Whoa..this could be interesting.  Obviously it is aid in prevention of prostate cancer, etc but It also claims to make orgasms more intense.   HELL YEAH..sign me up!    Very curious/intriqued if this thing really works...The link is below

One major question about this..will it hold a 300+ plus pund man?  It seems very  light weight to me.  I wonder if they offer a trial run?  Return in 30 if not satisifed or if you crush it.   :)
